I met Rupa, Santosh and Don all in the same week. Each shared their personal stories of working in the prevention of trafficking. After hearing each testimony, and having my questions answered honestly, and sometimes not the answer I hoped for, I was convinced the work they were doing, was exactly what Nepal needed! I knew then I wanted to be a part of their vision.

I searched many NGOs here in Nepal before finding Rupa and Santosh... many only used trafficking as a buzzword to raise money and were very unaccountable with their work.

I have been so blessed to work, serve, learn and grow with Rupa, Santosh and Don. I can't wait to see the changes that will be made in Nepal and the fight against trafficking as a direct result of their dedication! Thank you again for taking me under your wings... I will forever be grateful!

The greatest obstacle I faced when I first arrived in Nepal was, "Who could I help in the fight against trafficking?” And who would be willing to include an American in such an important Nepali problem? My prayers were answered when I met Rupa and Santosh! They had a vast knowledge and personal experience in prevention, rescue, and life time commitment to those who were victims of trafficking! I will never forget the first meeting with Don... when I told him that I was in Nepal to help be a part of rescuing trafficked girls... He looked at me and said, " if you really want to help, immerse yourself in Nepali culture, learn everything you possibly can about the trafficking problem, pray, and be willing to do things that haven't been done before... I got to work and have not looked back.
